Compliance with legal process

We may disclose personal information if we are required to do so by law or we in good faith believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law. For instance, we share your Name and Address with HMRC, if you have made a gift and provided a Gift Aid declaration so that we can claim Gift Aid on your behalf. 

Removing and correcting personal information

Upon request, Sight Research UK will:
a) remove your personal information from our database;
b) correct personal information that you state to be erroneous;
c) allow you to opt out of further email contact. 
You can send opt-out and change-of-details requests to hello@sightresearchuk.org or you can update your communication preferences by filling in our online form.
