"I’m Charlie, and I’ve been Chief Executive here at Sight Research UK since 2022. I know first-hand just how important eye care and eye health are and I’m very proud to now be part of driving forward research into eye disease. My career has been focussed in the charity and Higher Education sectors with a background in Philanthropy and fundraising; helping others to make amazing things happen through giving. Here at Sight Research UK we are a small, dynamic team with one mission; to improve the lives of those living with, or threatened by, eye disease, and it’s a privilege to work with such a dedicated group."

"I'm Aggie, and I am the Marketing and Communications Manager at Sight Research UK. I joined this small but dedicated charity in Spring 2024. Day-to-day, I maintain our website and social media channels, in addition to creating and designing content for multi-channel campaigns to showcase all the incredible research that our charity supports in this sector. All the work we do as a team underpins our overarching mission, which is to beat sight loss faster. I am so proud to work in such a fulfilling role surrounded by wonderful, passionate people."

"Hi! I’m Paulina, the Charity Administrator here at Sight Research UK. I joined the team in September 2023 and am currently covering this role during a maternity leave. I’m responsible for keeping everything organised to support our team’s efforts. It is wonderful to know that, along this devoted team, I can fight against sight loss."
